The Eagle Rock High School Alumni Association was formed in July 1993 by Eagle Rock, California community leaders, school officials, and  graduates dating back to the 1930's. It was their objective to bring the school and community closer together.

Following are the Purposes and Accomplishments of the Eagle Rock Alumni Association and a current list of Board Officers.

ALUMNI ASSOCIATION PURPOSES

    (1) Provide Channels of communication among ERHS
         graduates and between graduates and students, faculty
         and administrators.

    (2) Maintain an ERHS Alumni Directory, sponsor alumni
         events, and facilitate class reunions.

    (3) Support the school and its students through
          contributions of equipment, materials, funds, and
          volunteer services. To encourage and promote ERHS
          support groups.

    (4) Preserve ERHS memorabilia and historical records
          thereby helping to strengthen the heritage and traditions
          of the school.

    (5) Support the ERHS Scholarship Foundation in
          developing new college scholarships and in raising
           funds for awards made to deserving seniors.

    (6) Join other groups in activities designed to maintain and
          strengthen the Eagle Rock Community.

 

ALUMNI ASSOCIATION 
ACCOMPLISHMENTS

  • Sponsors of the on-campus "International Festival".

  • Publisher of (3 times a year) newsletter.

  • Support the enlargement of the college scholarship program. 

  • Contributed computer equipment and provided funding for such purposes as replacing the auditorium stage curtains.

  • Organized and financed the class plaque project that included the repair of existing plaques.
